Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
